ABOUT ME
I'm Cecylia Jabłońska, a Polish photographer fascinated by the quiet beauty of ordinary things.
For over 25 years, I worked in marketing, developing ideas and creating stories for brands. During those years, I also filled notebooks with ideas of my own — photographs I wanted to take, collections I dreamed of creating, and stories I hoped to tell. Today, I'm finally giving those ideas the space they deserve.
I'm drawn to things that often go unnoticed: a chestnut lying on a path, a feather, a shell, an old postcard. Objects that catch my attention through their shapes, textures, memories or the stories they seem to carry.
I'm equally fascinated by places — their atmosphere, the changing light, the silence and the traces of time.
For me, photography is a way of slowing down, looking more closely and discovering beauty where we least expect it.
Through my work, I hope to encourage others to do the same.
